Return Policy
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and fix it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, select a new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your return has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and ship your return.
